A pervert handed a suspended jail term for making indecent images has been jailed after breaching a court order for the third time.
Neil Thursby, 34, was first convicted for having child abuse images in December 2016.
As part of that sentence he was made subject to a sexual harm prevention order.
In February of this year Thursby was jailed for 15 months for two breaches of that order.
It later transpired he had breached that order a third time, for which he was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
At the hearing prosecutors said that Thursby had been living in shared accommodation at Magdalen Road, Oxford.
While at that address he had used a house mates internet-enabled laptop to access what he said was legal adult pornography.
The use of the computer without informing the authorities put him in breach of his existing order, however.
Sentencing, Judge Ian Pringle QC ordered that the breach be marked with eight months in prison, however that sentence will run concurrent to his existing sentence.
He must also pay a victim surcharge and the existing sexual harm prevention order will apply indefinitely
